I want to create a rule to assign a contact to an email other than the person
it came from.  I want to do this with any message that comes from a specific
domain.  I don't see this as one of the options in the rule wizard.  How can
I do this?

Thanks

Outlook has no feature to do that, unless you want to write your own with
VBA code.
