Recently A Client upgraded to Small Business Server 2003
which includes Outlook 2003 however they did not do a full
office upgrade from 2003. the problem at hand is as
follows. They use the address book in outlook to print
envelopes and they still have all 190 some odd contacts in
the Outlook data file. however they only get approx 40 in
Word when they run the Print Envelope Task. is there a way
to resolve this issue? if so PLEASE TELL ME.

No way.
Outlook and Word versions must match if you want to use them together.
