How can I get Outlook 2002 to format phone numbers automatically?

When entering a contact in Outlook 2002, the phone numbers are not formatted
automatically as (XXX) XXX-XXXX.  I have to do it manually.  This wasn't the
case w/ Outlook 2000.  Any suggestions?

All Outlook versions will do this once your dialing location is set at the
operating system level.
