MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / October 2004How do I import an address book into Outlook?
Am using OUTLOOK 2000. When I open the Address Book, the IMPORT and EXPORT functions are "grey". When I go to FILE and use the IMPORT function and try to import address book from Outlook Express, I get everything but the Groups. I've tried every function seven ways to nowhere and cannot get an address book with the Groups. Groups cannot be imported.  SignatureRuss Valentine [MVP-Outlook] > Am using OUTLOOK 2000.
