auto add contact detail to adress book when replying to emails

Hello

Im trying to automatically add contact details to my
address book when sending/replying to emails.  The only
way to make this happen is by adding code to MVB
(Microsoft Visual Basic)

I have already visited the outlook site (URL given below)
to add a code to MVB in order to auto-add contacts when
replying to emails, as an item is sent, I want its email
adress and name to be stored.  I have never used MVB
before, but I had a crack at it, and failed, please could
you run me through the proceedure (in more detail than
found at the following link). -
