I am using Categories to Select Contacts in a custom view.
I have 2 categories that are similiar but only one is required. the 2
categories are labeled:
101
101 Caller

If I choose to view only "101" Category,  Oultook 2003 selects both
Categoreies not just the "101" but the"101 Caller" as well.

How can I be more exclusive?

Cheers

yes, it does suck!  I have many categories that are similar with over 5000
contacts stored and over 100 categories........*sigh*

I learned the hard way.  For some crazy, ridiculous reason, when you do a
custom view and choose 'categories' and pick the category(ies) you want it
will bring up anything that has that category name and an extension.

So if you choose category 101 it will bring up any categories that have 101
plus anything after it.  However, if you choose 101 Caller it will only bring
up 101 Caller.  It searches like a sounds-like in a way.  It should not do
that if you are actually 'choosing' a particular category however it does and
there is no way to fix it from what I understand when I posted my same
problem here.
