How can I do a personalized mass email in Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2003?
In snail mail, I used to export my list to excel, create the mailing piece
in word and
link to the excel file.

Why would you export to Excel? You can mail merge from Outlook.
Do the same for email.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
