Outlook fills in contact information when I type a contact name that is
incorrect/outdated.  No corresponding contact exists in the contact list.
How do I delete that entry so it doesn't show up in the future?  Or is there
a way to correct the entry?

As you start typing the contact and you get that drop down with the
incorrect entry, use the arrow keys to highlight the incorrect entry and
click the delete key on the keyboard.

Deleting one or two entries in the manner prescribed works fine.  However,
if you wish to view and edit numerous entries in this file, we developed a
program that will enable you to do that.  It's called Owtlook.  You can find
it at www.dcs-imaging.com/products.htm.  In addition, you can export your
entries from the autocomplete (NK2) file and import them into a contact
folder if you wish.

Good luck.
