I'm using Outlook 2002.
I want to e-mail my entire address book to someone else
who has Outlook 2002 also.

How do you do that?

There is no Address Book in Outlook. You would need to copy your Contacts
Folder into an Outlook Data File (PST file) and send that PST file to the
other user.
