Exporting Outlook contacts

I am exporting outlook contact information to a Pdox table.

My question relates to the potentiel existence of an ID field for each
contact, which would be generated when the contact is created. I could then
use that number to update the Pdox table from time to time.

Does anyone know of the existence of such of field?
