MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / October 2004names show up twice on address list
After clicking on the "to" button on a new email, some of my contacts come up twice. Not a real problem but highly annoying. Probably as designed. I would assume many of your Contacts have more than one electronic address and Outlook lists each separately.
