The file you need to copy is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where
all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup:

Russ,
Thank you for your help. I copied the file onto the CD.
Then when I went to import it into the other computer's
outlook I got the following errors:
1. "Personal Folders" Properties for this information
service must be defined prior to use
2. File access is denied. You do not have permission
required to access the file d:\outlook.pst.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Debra

Did you move the PST file back to a hard drive and remove its read only
attribute?
Do not import the file. Open it.
