A program is trying to access my Address Book

I recently upgraded my outlook to 2003. I have been getting thi smessage
every 10 min "A program is trying to access your Address Book". I have gone
through the help and it says that a 3rd party is trying to access it. As far
as I know I do not have any 3rd part software which accesses my address book.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

Most likely it's triggered by an add-in (antivirus,
perhaps).  Many of these add-ins have been updated to get around the
security prompts.  See if the information on the following page helps:
