I am trying to find a simple way to print a single envelope for a single
contact in Outlook 2003.  The instructions say to go to the Tools menu and
then to Letters and Mailings.  However, Letters and Mailings does not appear
on my tools menu.

Those instructions are for Word.
In Outlook, you'd use Tools > Mail merge

Thanks for your response.  Is there a simple way, such as perhaps a macro,
so that I can print a single envelope for a single contact without having to
go through the whole mail merge process each time?  It was a great feature of
Sidekick to be able to print an envelope to a contact with a single button.

Thanks,

Why don't you just do it from Word, then? It's pretty simple to use the
Envelope and Labels Wizard.
