How do you move Outlook contact folder to another computer?

I have a contact list on my laptop and I want to move it to another computer.
How do I do it?

Contact List?
What do you mean? What version of Outlook?
All Outlook data is stored in one file. The file you need to transfer is
your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail, calendar,
contacts etc are stored.
