Forwarded contacts from Outlook don't open properly in Outlook 200

I received a forwarded contact from a friend but when I open it, it was blank.

It looks like there is data somewhere in the file which has an envelope icon
but I don't know how to open it. Is there a problem if it was sent from a Mac
to a PC version of Outlook?

Impossible to sort out if you do not tell us how and in what format the
Contact was forwarded.
