I'm running Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000.  It's using IMAP/LDAP for
email/address books.

When I in part of the name of an individual that is in my Contacts, it
autocompletes it with a completely different entry which I can't find
anywhere else. e.g. lets say I type 'David Smi' and I have 'David Smith'
in my address book, for some reason it finds another entry along the
lines of 'djones', the entry is underline in a broken green underline,
right clicking on it gives 'djones' then a separation line, then 'David
Smith' as an option. If I hit the 'To' button to bring up a list of
contact/addresses then the 'djones' entry shows up with a blue card icon
instead of the white coloured one I see next to every other address.

I have sent and recieved mails with 'djones' but can find no evidence of
them in the address books or contacts. If I use the surname first then
all works fine but any clues as to where the address is coming from and
how to get rid of it?
