MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / October 2004Import and Export contacts
Hello, on my computer Import Export shows up on the File drop down menu. on my co worker's computer Import Export does not show up on the File drop down menu. I have tried the following: I added the Import/Export for Outlook from Add/Remove Programs. does not work. I installed Office Updates. does not work. Next, I ran repair from Add/Remove Programs for Outlook. does not work. I am stumped. everybody in the office has Import/Export on the File drop down menu except this one person. she is running the same application and OS build. any ideas? cheers, Michael Did you install the file converters from the Office Setup disk? Run from disk or run from hard drive?
