MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / August 2003Contacts troubles
I am having trouble with contacts in Outlook XP running email from an Exchange 2000 server. After upgrading my computer to Win\Office XP, I found that the Global contacts list showed up, but none of my personal contacts did. This was remedied by adding a new Outlook Address Book. The problem I am having now is that I am shown an incplete list of my contacts in some parts of Outlook. When I go to Contacts, I see the full list, but if I try to access this list from the Outlook Address Book (Tools-- > Outlook Address Book) or from clicking To: on a new email and selecting my contacts as the list to "Show names from." Any idea why only 9 of my 25 contacts show up in those lists? Thanks, Josh Do all Contacts have electronic addresses?
