Is there a way to find all the fields of the Contacts in Outlook ?  I want
to import Contacts from. a comma septembre file but I want to know if the
Fields that I have match the one in Outlook Contacts.

It's not the perfect answer - but no-one else has sent you one so far!!

You could use the field chooser and show user defined fields.

Not entirely sure what you mean by the "outlook fields MATCHING" your CSV
fields. Simply start the export process and map the available Outlook fields
to those listed from your CSV file. Field names do not have to be identical
(you just have to know what each field in your CSV file is for) and if you
have fields in your CSV file that don't have a corresponding Outlook field
(such as any user-defined fields) - you'll have your answer.

PS - Custom forms are not supported using Outlook's import function.
