Sorting the outlook address book - 15 Oct 2004 16:05 GMT
It doesn't make sense to me to have the address book sorted by first name
when all other list forms use the last name as primary. The user should at
least be given the option to control this feature in the address book. Please
consider making this change as it would make the product more user friendly.
