I constantly have to get maps and directions on-line  (Map-Quest, expedia
maps) or using Streets and trips)when I create a new contact or schedule a
appointment.
I wonder why there isn't an option using outlook to automatice this
function. eg.
in address: Get location map, get driving directions from your standard
adress.
The map should be atatched to ea. the outlook contact

Does the map button not do what you want?

It only pulls up the city, not the full address when you hit the map button

If the street address isn't in the map database, it only pulls up the city.
(I have a few that do that.)
