When I try to create another address book, I get an error message that says,
"this account or directory type already exists and cannont be specified
twice." What am I doing wrong?

That depends.
What are you doing? You haven't told us anything yet, and we weren't
watching while you tried to create this another address book.
It sounds like you might be trying to add the Outlook Address Book Service
to your profile again. No need to do that. Once it's there, all you need to
do is create additional Contacts Folders, then enable them as email address
books so that they will appear in your Outlook Address Book.
