I'm using a new home computer and have set up two profiles in Outlook so
others in my household can all use Outlook and check their email.  We all
need to have access to the same contacts and I can't find a way to set it up
so changes in one profile's contacts will automatically update the other
profile's contacts without exporting and importing every time.  Please help!

Outlook provides no such ability. For information on ways to share Contacts
or Calendar items with Outlook, take a look here:

Thanks Russ - that works!  One other thing that would really help - is there
a way to make Outlook default to the "OUR" .pst files for contacts and
calendars?

Thanks again!

To which solution are you referring? You can set any PST file you want as
the default for any Outlook profile.
