Diane:
I use Outlook XP and the address book therein lists the name twice, the
first time as NAME and the second time as DISPLAY NAME.
Is there any way I can hide or delete one of these two columns?
Thanks in advance,

No. FWIW, the display name can be customized to have just the email address
or something like "John Smith - Home" so you can more easily identify the
address.

Dear Diane:
I am using Outlook XP and the address book therein lists the name of each
contact twice: once as NAME and a second time as DISPLAY NAME.
Is there a way I can hide or delete one of these two columns>
