I have about 1200 contacts and most of them list the company name first
followed by the person. Does anyone know how to globally change existing
contacts so they file as follows: 'Smith, John (Smith Widget Co.)' as
opposed to 'Smith Widget Co (Smith, John)'?
I have changed the preference setting for future new contacts, but would
like to be able to change all those existing ones without having to manually
reset each contact page. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
