Outlook distribution lists are listed by first name.  I'd like to alphabetize
by LAST name.  Can this be done?  My contacts are already alphabetized by
last name.  This does NOT affect the Distribution list or its order.

Most of the time this cannot be done. The only time I've seen a DL abide by
the sort order specified for the Outlook Address Book is if the Contact and
DL were both created after the sort order was specified, and even then it's
hit or miss depending on your Outlook version. What sort order did you
specify for the Outlook Address Book?
