Recently we have received emails returned with the message too many
recipients when using distribution lists containing 70 or so contacts in the
BCC line that previously had no such problem.  I know that in Outlook 2000
and 2003 distribution lists were limited by the amount of basic information
in each contact.  Is this true in Outlook 2003, or is there a way to overcome
this?  I created smaller distribution lists that seemed to resolve the issue,
but do I have to do this periodically as the list grows?

These limits are set by the mail server, not Outlook.

Are you referring to our Exchange Server 2003 or our ISP? when you say mail
server.

You tell me. I'm referring to whichever you are using.
