How to move outlook contacts folder to a briefcase folder?

microsoft help procedure does not follow with the choices I have with Outlook
2000 or XP. If contacts won't work with briefcase I would like to move the
.pst files to a more available location on my C:drive. ( how would I do that?)

You can use .pst files in the briefcase.
