How do I correctly import an address list into Outlook?

I exported a dummy record, matched all incoming records (156 total) to the
correct field names and attempted to import an excel spreadsheet to Outlook.  
Only one record made it.  How do I get the rest of the records to follow?

Did you set a named range in the Excel file to cover all the data you want
to import?
