BACKUPAND REPLACE E-MAIL AND PERSONAL CONTACTS

IF I AM HAVING WINDOWS TROUBLE, HOW CAN I BACKUP THE CONTENTS OF MY E-MAILS
AND MY PERSONAL CONTACT LIST/DISTRIBUTION  LIST ONTO A DISKETTE/CD SO AFTER
RE-INSTALLING OFFICE, I CAN REPLACE A BLANK DEFAULT OFFICE WITH THE BACKUPED
UP INFORMATION.

Turn off your caps key please.
The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
