Hi ALl,

All these years ppl in our firm maintained a list of contacts on their
stand alone PC's.

Outlook versions vary from Outlook 98 to XP.
OS Vary from Win98 to WInXP.

Each person maitained a list of contacts on their stand alone PC.
Two months ago we established a local network with a Server in our
office.

How can I import contacts from everybody's computers to create a
global contact list in outlook so that everyone in our office can
share the same list.

Thanks for your help

You could have users copy their contacts to a public folder.
