Outlook automatically adds every name on a copy list from received emails to my Contacts. I don't know how to stop that, or to find & delete the ones that are already there. Your post is completely unclear. What do you mean by "copy list?" Please feel free to clarify your question and include your Outlook version and any other information you think might be relevant to your problem.
