I just gave a new pc to a user. In outlook he never created contacts or PAB but when he typed an email address (outside the company) it would auto complete. Is there a file with all the names outlook remembered that I can copy to his new pc? Thanks. Autocomplete entries are stored in a file with an NK2 extension. The name of the file will match the name of the Outlook profile . If you can find the NK2 the user had before, copy it and rename it to match the one he or she is using now.
