I just gave a new pc to a user. In outlook he never created contacts or PAB
but when he typed an email address (outside the company) it would auto
complete. Is there a file with all the names outlook remembered that I can
copy to his new pc?

Thanks.

Autocomplete entries are stored in a file with an NK2 extension. The name of
the file will match the name of the Outlook profile . If you can find the
NK2 the user had before, copy it and rename it to match the one he or she is
using now. Then replace the current one with the previous one.

Luigi,

We wrote a utility that will find, and let you edit the NK2 file.  If you're
interested, go to www.dcs-imaging.com/products.htm.
