I have a client with outlook 2003 running from exchange server 2003, and i
wish to ensure i backup their contact categories.

I found a document that says to export a reg key but the categories key it
refers to does not exist. The document does not mention whether this is
exchange or stand alone.

The key exists only if the user has modified the default master category
list. It applies to all Outlook configurations.
