How do I convert contacts from lotus notes to outlook

I am running Outlook 2000 on Windows XP
I only have access to the .nsf files and would like to convert this file
into a format outlook will understand.

Thanks Millie & Karl,
In my last job the company ran lotus notes I saved the contacts file only
.nsf I want to convert the info in this file to my outlook contact list.
I down loaded the file from the lotus advisor but the file is .NTF which is
lotus notes I am not running lotus notes.

Do you know the format of the .nsf file? i.e. - is it possibly a text file
which may actually be in a recognizable format such as .CSV or tab delimited
(just open it up in any text editor)? If it is - then all you would need to
do is rename it to a .csv or .txt extension and import it into Outlook.
