PAB advice

We are running Outlook 2002 on Windows XP and we would like to get rid of
PAB's and move everyone onto using their Contacts folder instead.

I remember that when Outlook first runs it displayed a message about "Do you
want to import your personal address book into Contacts".  Is it possible to
get this message back and "deploy" this option across an organisation.  I can
then warn people that when they see this message they have to follow the
wizard to move their contacts.

Any advice/help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
