How do I paste an Excel email list into Outlook?

I have a small database of email addresses that I'd like to past into
Outlook's Address Book, without having to retype them all -- I know this can
be done LOL

File | IMport and Export in Outlook. You'll first need to create a named
range in Excel to cover all the data.
