How do I add contacts from the To: field?

I have an email message with hundreds of email addresses in the "To" field
and I'd like to add all of these emails to my contacts without having to
select each contact individually.  Is there a way to add all of these easily?
Outlook Express has an option that allows users to automatically put people
I reply to in my Address Book.  Does Outlook have something similar?

Not natively. There are third party add-ins that can do this:
