What happens if I have a public contacts folder (using Exchange 2003 and
Outlook 2003) and a user marks a contact private?  Will only that user be
able to see the contact? Does the private property behave differently in a
public folder than it does in a user's personal contacts folder?

Thanks,
Brad Marshall

Nothing. A public folder has no private contacts.
