I have duplicate address lists showing up when selecting the TO button off of
a new untitled message window.  When going under Address Book, I see only
five but when viewing addressing from teh TO field I see duplicates and
triplicates of all five of my address lists.

This do not show up in the Folder listing mulitiple times.

Using Outlook 2003 sp1 on 2000 SP4

How can these be deleted?

Remove the invalid references here:
Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books > Outlook Address Book > Change.
