I need to send a mass email to a distribution list of someone outside my company. How can she send me that distribution list so that I can easily put it into my Contacts List and send the email? This person does not share the same Global Address list. If the person has Outlook, have him open the distribution list and choose "forward" from the action menu, address it to you and click send.
