How do I export my Outlook(XP) contacts to Outlook express addres.

I want to use Outlook Express 6 for my mail and Outlook(OfficeXP)  for my
calendar. I want both to use the same address book / contacts with Windows XP
with SP2.
How do I do it. I had it before I reinstalled on a new computer.
Also how do I turn off the security check on Outlookwhich comes up every
time  when my handheld tries to HotSync with it.

No such feature.
You can use a reg hack to force the Windows Address Book to use your Outlook
Contacts as its data source, if you want:
