Hi, I am sure this is a very trivial question, but I am stuck in it.
I have multiple email addresses for the same contact, stored under email,
email2, email3. They are under one item....the only thing that is different
is their Display Name. When I send a message, I try and use the display
name, but it can't figure out which email I am trying to send too.... Here is
an example:
I have a contact saved under: Michael Test
I have 3 e-mails for that contact, their display names for each e-mail would
be:
Michael Test (School)
Michael Test (Yahoo)
Michael Test (Hotmail)
If I want to email that contact to their school account, in the TO box, I
would type: Michael Test (School) yet when it is time to send, I get a box
asking me to specify which one I want to send to with all 3 e-mails.
Is what I am doing possible, or would I have to make an entry for each email
address?

Outlook 2002's address book is awful. It provides you only one alternative:
use that stupid little horizontal scroll bar on the bottom to distinguish
which address is which. Sadly, that's all you can do.
