In the 2002 version, you could Insert -> Item with the Text Only option
selected to "paste" someone's contact information into a document.  In the
2003 version the Text Only option is greyed out and using copy-n-paste always
results in a vCard being attached.  How can you easily paste or insert
someone's contact info into an email in a TEXT format (not everyone can read
a vCard)?

Sue Mosher answered this previously (Thanks Sue).  The answer is to right
click and drag the contact to the mail:inbox folder.  Select "Copy here as
message with text".
