Does anyone know of a program that will allow you to see the published form
instead of the normal contact view.  Example Im a real estate agent and i
changed my contact form to hold information I need about a client. But on my
Pocket PC it doesnt show it- is there anyway to have a add-in to allow me to
see my exact contact in Outllook.

I don't think you can change the form in the PPC version of Outlook.
However, there are numerous 3rd party replacement programs for managing
contacts, so you may want to look around. Pocket Informant is popular,
though I don't know if it has that particular feature -
