Hi,

Been trying to fax using the fax Windows XP with SBS 2003.
Address book is located globally.
When I try to send a fax from a Word Document, I
go "File" > "Print" > "Fax", it takes me to the Fax
console. Next I want to select recipients from
the "Address Book" and it just freezes.

If I open up the fax console and try to send a fax just
with a cover page, the "Address Book" shows up.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Please explain your configuration more clearly. How did you configure your
fax client? How did you configure Outlook to display the GAL?
