Howdy,

I am using Fax as a sort of Caller ID.  It is set for Manual Fax receive
which results in balloon tip showing incoming phone number while phone
ringing if not private caller and number recognised.

Q1: Is there any way to get it to show contact name info from Outlook
contacts where phone number matches.

Q2: Is it possible to save a log of all incoming calls even if not answered
by computer?  In my case - none ever are.

Q: Is ther anyway at all to get the thing too show names instead of numbers
through some sort of address book.

Yes to any of these would save me the hassle of walking into other room to
view caller ID info.  Or - horror - remembering peoples phone numbers to
recognise who incoming caller is. ;-)

TIA
Kaypee

Thanks.  Outlook 2002

Thats what I dreaded.

Looks as if I am going to have write my own program.  Now have to figure out
New Zealand Caller ID format.  Code that works in United States doen't
understand New Zealand info.

Oh well.
