Hi

I have OL2000 SP3 running on XP home

What do I need to do to be able to see my emailed faxes (arrive as a TIF
file) from outlook?

You can't. Routing to the Outlook Inbox is no longer a feature in Windows XP
Fax. It's all explained here:

You'd have to use an add-on like this one to do it:
http://fax4outlook.4team.biz/
