I am having a hard time deciding between GFI FaxMaker for Exchange and
Rightfax for a new installation.  It will be Exchange 2003, 15-50 users on
Windows XP desktops or terminal services, Brooktrout TR1034-P4H-T1 fax
board.

The desired functionality:

* DID routing -- every user will be assigned his own fax number
* Fax from various Windows applications via a print-to-fax driver
* Receive faxes in Outlook
* Fax client should be application mode terminal server compatible
* No client-side configuration for individual users.  A fax-enabled domain
user should be able to log on to any desktop (or terminal server), set up
their Outlook profile, and send/receive faxes.

Rightfax would work and I have experience with it myself, but the cost
(particularly the required annual support subscription) is hard to swallow.
I would like to hear from any GFI users with a similar setup, and anyone
familiar with both GFI and Rightfax, and able to offer a comparison.

Thanks,

I use GFI Faxmaker for 500 users with Exchange 5.5 - we are currently
upgrading to Exch2003 and we will definately be continuing to use GFI
Faxmaker - its brilliant and supports all the features you need above.
